How can employee interviews communicate your company's corporate culture?
The employee interview is a video format that can be easily internalised. The video project manager must, however, choose a convincing and dynamic format that highlights employees. How do you ensure that the video reflects your corporate culture? We have identified for you some successful formats that can be used for an employer brand strategy. A bit of initial advice: for your project to be successful, involve your employees in the shooting of the video. For example, you can let your staff interview each other. You can even let them take the initiative of writing the video script. Corporate Communication Challenges
For many years, corporate communication was limited to public relations, media relations and events. This kind of communication had a limited number of targets, including internal audiences (employees, shareholders, etc.) and external audiences (customers, prospects, suppliers, influencers, bankers, investors, opinion leaders, etc.). Social media and the breakdown of communication silos in corporations have undermined this traditional corporate communications model. Nowadays, it’s much more difficult to communicate but, above all, it has become much more complicated to be heard and believed. And this is reflected in company organisation charts: in 2013, half of corporate communications directors were members of executive committees.
